I'm just going to state it right here and now, I am a geek and a nerd. I take games in to my life as friends. They keep me warm at night and soak my tears to ensure a dry pillow to sleep on. I don't buy new technology, I let them into my life. If they're good to me and appeal to my senses, along with always having something interesting to say, then they can stay as my friend. As they say, (I don't.. really.. know who) you can never have too many friends.

Right, but I already have the DS Lite so that should be the friend and the prize should be the metaphorical vibrator right? Well, my DS Lite is dying. He's been sitting on my shelf just sulking. It's more than tragic to watch your own friend cry out in depression and have no way to help him. I love him and I need to save him. I don't want him to end up like the Dreamcast or the Virtual Boy. I think if I can get him up and doing things that he can show me that same smile he had on his face when I first took him out of the box.

This prize isn't for me, it's for my friend. I dread that one day he may just not turn on again or that I won't turn him on again. I don't want to watch that happen to him.
