Hey!

As you can imagine, I'm here because I believe I should get the G6 Lite Combo.

When I was smaller, about 7 or 8, a good friend of mine moved away from america to a european country. He had given me his NES as a present since he did not want to get a converter and his parents had promised him a new one for the upcoming christmas. The day I played on Super Mario Bros. and other games like Mario Kart I was just amazed. Since then I am a Nintendo fanboy. Well... not quite to be honest. During the years of N65 I actually had a PS1 since my parents were told by the shopkeaper that was the new way of playing games and it could play cd's to listen to music. Who cares about that I can use a stereo! Well I didn't enjoy playing on the PS1 much and I remember that Nintendo feeling of me going to my friends' house to play a round of 007 Golden Eye or Super Mario 64. Not to forget Mario Kart, the game that got me into racing games even though it's unreal [although I did have Gran Turismo for my PS1 I never had played it]. When the Gamecube came out I was at first very surprised. At this point in time I had already moved to Greece, where I still live today with my family of one brother, one sister and [both] my parents. I was still at an age where I didn't follow every games news website, watch every E3 movie and bought every games magazine so I didn't really know any of the specs for it, I just new it would rock with its upcoming Nintendo games. But what did I get this time? The xbox. Now the xbox pulled me away from Nintendo completely. I still to this day have no Gamecube, and showed no interest in Nintendo or Sony for a while... But that while was shortly ended. The Nintendo DS was printed in my magazine for the first time and I just droped my jaw until it hit the floor. This can't be true I told myself. But it was. The Nintendo DS lite system was in my eyes the most increadibly system ever, completely pushing the PSP way out I had though. But Greece showed no interest in the system. I had told all my friends how great it was when I first got my hands on it the first time I bought it. I think I'll wait till September, thanks, they had told me. The PSP came out and everyone had one, some even had imports and brought them to school way before it came out in stores. I must say, I was amazed by the graphics of Ridge Racer, especially when I saw Ridge Racer DS a while later. But soon I realised I didn't need this. It was a complete waste of money and I should rather buy some games for my Baby, the DS. My friends were still trying to convince me but I told them to wait until Nintendo bring out the true games that give you that Nintendo feeling....

So here I am and showing my friends the weekly games sales in Japan. Especially this week, where every game in the top 10 is a DS game, still they show no interest.

The DS [now the DS Lite to be exact - I had gotten it the day before the DS Lite launch in europe since a shop called fnac had a Nintendo show, showing off Touch Generation Games and giving VIPs a free DSlite bundled with Brain Training]...Where was I now? Ah Yes! The DS is an incredible console, showing inovation at its best and proving what Nintendo has to offer. And since I can't get my hands on this Bundle, I wish over everything that I win this competition with what I have just sent in.

P.S. the reason I can't get hold of this bundle is that in greece there aren't really import shops, and the ones that do import some stuff are mainly selling PSPs and PS2 games as well as some mod chips for PS2 and xbox. My mum won't let me use her credit card and since you have to be 18 to get one here neither my friends or I have one...

Thanks for reading!
Best,
Kyle
